Agree to the acceptance of DfT funding offered through the Bus Recovery Fund

Following consultation with the Corporate Director Business and Environmental Services and the Corporate Director Strategic Resources for the Executive Member to approve submission of the LTA BRG Declaration Form Appendix A and following consultation with the Corporate Director Business and Environmental Services and the Corporate Director Strategic Resources and the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services) for the Executive Member to authorise the Corporate Director Strategic Resources to accept the funding

Reasons for the decision:

To allow the Council to accept the offer of £292,720 Bus Recovery Grant from DfT to assist bus operators in maintaining bus service levels across North Yorkshire as part of COVID recovery
