Framework to administer the delivery of the voucher scheme to
support the Household Support Fund
For the direct award of a contract to
Blackhawk via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework to
administer the delivery of the voucher scheme to support the
Household Support Fund following further funding given by the
DWP.
The contract will commence May 2022 – September 2022 with the
option to extend for the period of May 2023 in the event that any
subsequent funding is received.
Additional grant money provided by the DWP for
to deliver vouchers under additional criteria for venerable
households.
Not to utilise the allocation – this
would have resulted in additional support not being available to
residents of the North Yorkshire
