to replace the current system when the contract expires
Decision:
To proceed with a procurement for a Kitchen
MIS system to put in place a contract that will commence on 1 March
2023.
Reasons for the decision:
The current contracts expire in February 2023
and have already been extended. No further options to extend are
available so it is necessary to proceed with a procurement for one
new contract consolidating the existing two.

already been extended once and cannot be done so again
