To abandon the procurement procedure for
drainage works at Langton Primary School.
A competitive procurement exercise was
undertaken in April and May 2022. Both of the tenders returned were
above pre-tender estimate levels. Also, the legal agreements with
the three third party landowners have not yet been concluded Given
the outcome of the procurement exercise, and the outstanding legal
approvals, the decision has been taken not to proceed to contract
award.
