To proceed with a procurement for a grounds maintenance services supplier for the corporate property portfolio in the Harrogate, Craven and Selby district areas.

Reasons for the decision:

The existing contract is coming to an end and there are no options to extend available. There continues to be a need for grounds maintenance services to ensure retained property is well maintained and presentable.

Alternative options considered:

The service is not able to be delivered by the in-house team.
