Decision:
The approval for 54 additional new schemes up
to the value of £1,217.123 (details in Appendix C of the
report), to be included within the Highways Capital Forward
Programme (HCFP) and schemes from the HCFP to be added to the
2023/24 annual programme (details in Appendices D-K of the
report).
As implementation of an earlier key decision on 27 May 2022 and, as
a non-key decision by an executive officer, is NOT open to call
in.
Reasons for the decision:
To allow design and development work to
commence on the schemes added into the Highways Capital forward
programme.
To grant approval for the schemes to be delivered in future
years.
