To determine whether Ashfield Car Park (NYCACV0006), Whitefriars Car Park (NYCACV0007)      and Greenfoot Car Park (NYCACV0008) should be placed on the Council’s List of Assets of Community Value (ACVs).

Decision:

 

a)    The nomination for NYCACV0008 Greenfoot Car Park is unsuccessful and does not meet the definition of community value as detailed in the Localism Act 2011

 

b)    It should be placed on the North Yorkshire Council Assets of Community Value List of Unsuccessful Nominations
