Monitoring
To undertake a procurement exercise to
establish new contracts for Hard Facilities Management Water
Hygiene: Risk Assessment and Monitoring for North Yorkshire
Council.
A decision has been made to undertake a
procurement exercise to establish new contracts for the Hard
Facilities Management Water Hygiene: Risk Assessment and
Monitoring, as the contracts established by the former County
Council for this are due to expire on the 31st March 2024. The new
contracts will also include provision to provide all relevant
servicing and maintenance for additional Council properties as
other contract arrangements expire.
The procurement will commence later this year with a view to having
new contracts in place for the 1st April 2024. It is proposed that
the contracts will be for a duration of three years with options to
extend for a further two – two-year periods (resulting in a
maximum contract period of seven years).
