Executive Member for Open for Business has approved the following.
1. Support, in principle the utilisation of an Invitation to Bid for the procurement of a Building Operator for the Community and Enterprise Building of the Catterick Garrison LUF regeneration

Reasons for the decision:

To Seek Approval from the Executive Member for Open to Business to submit an Invitation to Bid to allow the procurement of a Building Operator for the Community and Enterprise Building of the Catterick Garrison LUF (Levelling Up Fund) regeneration of Shute Road.
