To agree the schemes to be included within the
2024-25 Highways Capital Annual Programme; approve the addition of
further schemes to be added to the Capital Programme and agree
outline proposals for how any potential additional funding, awarded
from the Department for Transport for 2024-25 would be
used.
Authorisation of additional schemes to the
Highways Capital Forward Programme (HCFP) for Structural Highway
Maintenance identified since the last Highways Capital Programme
report dated 25 August 2023, with a combined total of
£968,456 (detailed at Appendix B) and the delivery of schemes
to be included within the 2024/25 Highways Capital Annual
Programme, detailed in Appendices C – K.
To allow design and development work to
commence on the schemes added into the Highways Capital forward
programme (HCFP)
Schemes not delivered in 2023/24 will remain on the HCFP for future
year’s delivery.
