To seek approval from the assistant director of technology for the re-procurement of a online schools payments system framework.

Decision:

A re-procurement of the current multi supplier framework for schools online payments will take place.

Reasons for the decision:

The current multi-supplier framework for schools online payments will expire in March 2024, this is a continued requirement for schools within North Yorkshire and therefore to comply with the PCR 2015 a re-procurement must take place.

Alternative options considered:

To not re-procure the service and for the service to end upon expiry of the current arrangement.
