To award a construction contract to The Together Group Construction Ltd at a value of £2,013,251.88 for the adaptation of the former Woodfield Primary School, Harrogate, to create new special school provision for autistic children aged 11 – 19 years.

Reasons for the decision:

A competitive procurement exercise was undertaken between February and July 2024. The scheme is programmed to commence on site in October 2024 and complete in May 2025.
