Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services) be authorised to seal or revoke the relevant Traffic Regulation Order in light of the objections received and that all responders are notified of the making or revocation of the Order within 14 days of it being made.

Applicants want to be provided with an on-street disabled parking space within comfortable walking distance of their homes. The eligibility criteria for these applications have been met after undergoing the Stage 1 and Stage 2 assessments of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay application procedure.
20 Holbeck Hill, Scarborough - proposed bay: the original applicant for this disabled parking bay has moved away and there are no blue badge holders currently at the application address.
18 Park Terrace, Whitby – proposed removal of an existing bay: the original applicant for this bay is no longer in residence and the current resident is not a blue badge holder. Removal of this bay is in accordance with the council’s policy for the provision of residential disabled parking bays
