For the Corporate Director Environment, under delegated powers, to approve the introduction of the Traffic Regulation Orders required for the Selby Transforming Cities Fund project.

The results of the consultation exercise were noted and

i the making of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) as shown in Appendix A of the report is approved;

ii that the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services) be authorised to seal the relevant Traffic Regulation Order by the Corporate Director, Environment and Environment Executive Member for access in light of the objections received and that the objectors are notified within 14 days of the order being made.

After consideration of the outcome of the public consultation and statutory advertisement – the decision has been taken so as to introduce a range of Traffic Regulation Orders to facilitate the Selby Transforming Cities Fund (TCF) project proposals.
