The Housing Service wish to procure two contracts for: -
• Damp, Mould and Timber Surveys & Works
• Auditing of Damp, Mould and Timber Surveys & Works
for the housing stock requirements.
Both would be a 1-year contract.
Potential contract start date April/May 2025.
Approval of the commencement of a Procurement exercise to secure contractors to provide Damp, Mould and Timber Surveys, Works and Auditing Services to support repairs and maintenance work within the Council’s Housing Stock.
To ensure the Housing Services are compliant with the procurement of Damp, Mould & Timber Surveys, Works and Auditing Services
To not procure a contract, this was rejected as it would make the Service non-compliant with Procurement Rules
