Approval of the North Yorkshire Council Highways Incentive element response to the Department for Transport

Reasons for the decision:

To meet the requirements of the Department for Transport , that stipulate that any response must be approved by the Executive member with responsibility for Highways.

Failure to submit a response by the 31st October 2025 could result in NYC losing 25% of new funding for 25/26
