To:
1.Confirm highway schemes to be delivered in 2026/27 as part of the highways capital programme
2.Agree the addition of new schemes to the highway capital forward programme
3.Confirm schemes that are being funded by from the Local transport Grant in 26/27 and provide an overview of potential future schemes.

Approval for:
i.additions to the Highways Capital Forward Programme in Appendix B
ii.annual programme for delivery in 26/27 – Appendices C to K
iii.proposed schemes for 26/27 Local Transport Grant (LTG), and
iv.proposed funding allocation for future LTG schemes
and an update was provided on the delivery of the 2025/26 Highways Capital Annual Programme including schemes that have been moved into future years annual programme.

The recommendations will enable Council officers, working alongside, York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority, NY Highways and partner organisations to deliver the schemes listed in Appendices C to K in the 26/27 annual programme.
