The retention of grant funding of £110,668, by the group previously awarded to the group for a Community Housing project, through a grant variation, in order to help fund the development of 4 affordable homes in Langthwaite. This retention is subject to the group fulfilling delivery conditions.

Reasons for the decision:

To accelerate and increase the supply of affordable and Community Led Homes.

Alternative options considered:

The alternative option considered was for the group to return the grant, however the new affordable homes would not be delivered without the grant and therefore this option was rejected.
