To approve the acquisition of Resolution House, in accordance with the Heads of Terms set out in Private & Confidential Appendix A to the Executive Report published on Tuesday 17 March 2026, noting the recommendation of Overview and Scrutiny on Thursday 26 March 2026 not to uphold the call in.
To secure the acquisition of Resolution House on agreed Heads of Terms in order to support delivery of the Corporate Property Strategy ambitions, and the potential outcomes and financial benefits set out in section 4.6 of the Executive Report presented Tuesday 17 March 2026.
Investment in the Council’s existing asset base was also considered as an option.
