To procure S278 construction works through NYCC surfacing framework for snagging and remedial works on the A3136 in order to bring the carriageway up to an adoptable standard.

Reasons for the decision:

To permit works to be delivered through the NYCC Highway Development Service which offers an opportunity for the County Council to design and deliver third party S278 works commercially.
