Considered – A report of the Assistant Chief Executive – Local
Engagement, seeking approval of a Corporate Complaints and Compliments Policy and
Unacceptable Complainant Behaviour Policy, required for the new North Yorkshire
Council.
County Councillor David Chance introduced the report and provided an
overview of the changes to each of the policies.
As Members had no questions, it was
Resolved – That the following polies be approved:
