4. Children’s residential increasing capacity proposals with funding application

To seek approval for application to the Department for
Education for capital funding towards the cost for two children’s residential
homes including: a 6-bedded ‘No Wrong Door’ children’s home in the Selby area;
a cluster site consisting of three two-bedded bungalows which can be used fo
solo or two-person accommodation for adolescents with complex needs
