Minutes:
Councillor Michael Harrison declared an
interest in Minute 685 since his employer was listed within the Treasury
Management Quarter 4 report. He remained in the meeting for the item as he had
previously been granted a dispensation.
Councillor Mark Crane declared a non-pecuniary interest in Minute 685 as he was a member of the Scarborough Town Board.
