3.	Proposal to consult on changes to the Council’s Home to School Transport Policy PDF 389 KB View the background to item 3. To agree that a consultation be undertaken on a new North Yorkshire Home to School Travel Policy 2024 in respect of travel for children of compulsory school age.
4.	Academy Conversion Rate PDF 92 KB View the background to item 4. To agree that the academy conversion charge should be uplifted to £6,620 for the financial year 2024/25.
5.	DfE Teachers Pay Additional Grant (Special Schools and Pupil Referral Units) – Funding Consultation Approval Request PDF 103 KB View the background to item 5. To grant approval for the consultation to be undertaken with Special Schools and Alternative Provision (AP) Schools on the methodology to be used by the local authority for the distribution of the TPAG to these establishments for the 2023/24 and 2024/25 financial years.
