Purpose of report

To adopt a procedure for Sub-Committee hearings

Considered –

The report of the Corporate Director of Environment in respect of a proposed procedure for General Licensing and Registration Sub-Committee hearings.

Resolved –

That the General Licensing and Registration Sub-Committee procedure attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.

To note the dates of the remaining scheduled meetings of the committee in 2023-24.  Meetings commence at 2pm:

26 July, 27 September, 29 November, 24 January 2024 and 27 March 2024

The Committee noted the dates of the remaining scheduled meetings in 2023-24 (meetings commence at 2pm):

Any other items which the Chair agrees should be considered as a matter of urgency because of special circumstances.
