Purpose of report

To adopt a procedure for Sub-Committee hearings

Considered –

The report of the Corporate Director of Environment in respect of a proposed procedure for Statutory Licensing Sub-Committee hearings.

Resolved –

That the Statutory Licensing Sub-Committee procedure attached at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.

To note the dates of the remaining scheduled meetings of the committee in 2023-24.  Meetings commence at 3pm or on the rising of the 2pm meeting of the General Licensing and Registration Committee, whichever is the earlier:

29 November 2023 and 27 March 2024
