application for the review of a Premises Licence for Lewiatan,

to the Sub-Committee were · To modify
the conditions of the licence · To exclude
from the licence a licensable activity · To remove
the Designated Premises Supervisor · To suspend
the licence for a period not exceeding three months · To
revoke the licence · To leave
the licence in its existing state Decision The Sub-Committee
members considered all written and oral representations from all parties and unanimously
agreed to REVOKE the premises licence. |
