To confirm the procedure to be followed at the meeting.

To consider passing a resolution under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 excluding the press and public from the meeting during consideration of item 4 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act.

Resolved –

That on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006, the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Minute 155.

Resolved –

To take no action and to allow the licence holder to continue to hold a Dual Drivers Licence for Hackney Carriage and Private Hire vehicles with the condition that this served as a final warning to the licence holder as to their driving standards and the condition of their vehicle.
