Councillor Margaret Atkinson declared an interest in respect of Minutes 92/20(03) and 92/20(04) on the basis that she was the applicant. Councillor Atkinson left the meeting for the debate and the vote on these items. Councillor Jim Clark explained that he would be leaving the meeting after item 2 due to a potential interest with regards to Minutes 92/20(03) and 92/20(04).
