·       Liberal Democrat and Liberals Group – Councillor joy Andrews to be appointed vice-chair of the committee

·       Independent Unaffiliated – Councillor Sam Cross to replace Councillor George Jabbour.  Councillor Joy Andrews to become Vice Chair in his place.
