To determine a s.34 application for the variation of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003, in respect of R Bar, 33 Main Street, Grassington, Skipton, BD23 5AA.

Resolved

That the full variation of the Premises Licence as applied for subject to two additional conditions:

1. All doors (except for access and egress) and windows to be closed after 11pm.

2. No licensable activities to take place in the outside space after 11pm.
