Development Plan Committee
Purpose of committee
The role of the committee is to act as the main sounding
board for the preparation of the Local Plan/Development Plan Documents, except
Neighbourhood Plans. Development Plan Committees are widely used, with one for
a plan area, by other local planning authorities and is considered best
practice.
