Having considered the report “Annual
Report of the Audit Committee”, which was considered at the
informal meeting of Audit Committee Members on 25 October 2021, and
the views of the Members and External Members of the Audit
Committee, the Chief Executive Officer agreed that the draft annual
report of the Audit Committee be approved prior to its submission
to the County Council.

External Members of the Audit Committee.
