To authorise officers to proceed in exercise
of the powers contained in sections 65(1) and 66(4) of the Highways
Act 1980 to convert the lengths of footway to cycle track and to
create new lengths of cycle track shown on the attached drawing
70078728-P01-WSP-MANSE01-P01 and schedules in the manner described
in the attached report.
