Having taken account of the comments made by
Executive Members, and all the relevant information provided at the
informal meeting of Executive Members on 25 January 2022, the Chief
Executive Officer agreed to use his emergency delegated powers to
approve that :
(i) The proposals for the Transforming Cities Fund projects in
Harrogate, Skipton and Selby be taken forward through detailed
design and that a Final Business Case be presented to WYCA for each
project.
(ii) The detail of the Final Business Cases for submission to WYCA
be delegated to the Corporate Director Business and Environmental
Services in consultation with the Executive Member for
Access.
