The proposed changes to the signing on the west-bound approach to
the ‘S’ bends on A6068 at Cowling be approved and
funded using the local Area 5 signing and lining budget;
The installation of the three traffic islands as proposed on the
plan detailed in Appendix A of the report is approved, to be funded
from the Traffic Engineering Road Safety budget.
