the Executive Member for Highways & Transportation resolved that the capital funding from 2022/23 NYCC Kex Gill allocation be increased by up to £1.4m, and the 2023/24 NYCC contribution be reduced by the same, accepting the expenditure was at risk pending receipt of the Department for Transport (DfT) grant.
