To approve the initial deployment of a small
part of the fourth Household Support Fund (HSF) allocation from the
Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). DWP guidance requires that
local authorities offer support through the HSF from 1 April
2023.
A further report for decision will be submitted in due course for
Executive approval, with a delivery plan for the remaining HSF
allocation for 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
