To delegate approval to accept the Home
Upgrade Grant Phase 2 (HUG2) to the Corporate Director Strategic
Resources in consultation with the Assistant Chief Executive Legal
and Democratic Services subject to acceptable terms and conditions
being received.
And
To delegate authority to the Corporate Director Strategic Resources
to sign the Memorandum of Understanding by 27.01.23 and the Data
Sharing Agreement by 03.02.23
