To accept the recommendation by Councillor
John Mann to award £5,000 of his Locality Budgets funding to
fund the refurbishing, replacing and provision of additional lights
within the 7 to 8 trees on the green, using tree wrapping lights
for Pannal & Burn Bridge Parish Council.
