The results of the consultation exercise are
noted.
i) The introduction of No Waiting at any time as advertised and as
shown in the Plan contained in Appendix B of the report is approved
and;
ii) the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services)
be authorised to seal the relevant Traffic Regulation Order by the
Corporate Director of Environment and Environment Executive Member
for Highways and Transportation in light of the objections received
and that the objectors are notified within 14 days of the order
being made.
