To accept the recommendation by Councillor Janet Jefferson to award £300 of her Locality Budgets funding to fund the Grit Bins and salt refills for Tollergate Scarborough with NYC Highways.
Cllr Jefferson is the Castle Division County Councillor where Tollergate will be sited.
