The current contract expires on 31st October 2024 and to ensure we remain compliant and adhere to the requirements of the regulator, legal and legislation. We have identified a provider and would like to direct award to Tersus Consultancy Ltd through the Consortium Procurement Framework. Lot 4 fully managed service for Asbestos Testing and Removal and Air Monitoring.
This direct award will cover all three former localities: Richmond, Harrogate, and Selby.
The term of the contract is 3 years with an option to renew for a further 2 + 2 years.
Performance throughout the contract will be monitored by the Housing Standards Team.
