To approve a Discretionary Top Up of £15,000.00 as part of a Disabled Facilities Grant. This is needed to provide bedroom / bathroom facilities as part of an extension for a disabled client. Total value of the adaptations will be over £50K with the mandatory and discretionary funding in place.
