That Escrick Parish Council and Thornthwaite with Padside Parish Meeting be included within the Community Governance Review (CGR) and the terms of reference be amended accordingly.
That West Witton Parish Council be removed from the terms of reference, following notification from the Parish Council that a CGR is no longer required.
This decision is taken under the delegated powers of the Assistant Chief Executive Legal and Democratic Services and Monitoring Officer.
