(i) It was agreed that there are currently matters where the draft Regulation 14 (Pre-Submission) Neighbourhood Development Plan does not meet the basic conditions.
(ii) Following consultation with the Ward Member it was agreed to provide representations to Bulmer Parish Council regarding the Regulation 14 (Pre-submission) draft version of the Bulmer Neighbourhood Development Plan.
