The following were approved:
i. the introduction of a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order to prohibit the waiting of motor caravans between the hours of 11pm to 7am at the locations shown on the plans contained in (Appendix B);
ii. the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal and Democratic Services) be authorised to seal the relevant Traffic Regulation Order considering the objections received and that where possible the objectors are notified within 14 days of the order being made; and
iii. consultations on the introduction of Traffic Regulation Orders, similar in nature to the ETRO at key residential locations in Scarborough are commenced. These locations will be based on existing survey data and discussions with the local Members.
