To make an Order under section 91(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 temporarily appointing Councillors John McCartney, Cliff Lunn and Mike Jordan to Eggborough Parish Council, to take effect upon the sealing of the Order.
This decision is taken under the delegated powers of the Assistant Chief Executive Legal and Democratic Services and Monitoring Officer.
