That the Corporate Director of Community Development in consultation with the Corporate Director Resources, the Executive Member for Culture, Arts and Housing and the Executive Member for Finance and Resources, approves the overall business case relating to the acquisition of 12 properties to sit within the General Fund, to meet the needs of the Temporary Accommodation business case.
