That a joint Approved Provider List is procured for this provision. The Approved Provider List (APL) will commence in August 2019 for a period of 4 years, based on an initial term of 3 years (01/08/2019 – 31/07/2022) plus a 1 year extension (01/08/2022 – 31/07/2023).
